With two young children, and hectic careers in the fashion and music industries, Tracy and Clive Heaven decided to leave London and move to New Zealand in search of an alternative lifestyle.
 
Ten years later they found themselves with a very successful and growing baby clothing business, Nurtured by Nature. What Tracy found in New Zealand, in addition to a more relaxed way of life, was a truly wonderful wool called superfine Merino with qualities that make it the perfect choice for a truly nurturing range of babies clothing.
 
Tracy designs the garments and Clive concentrates on the branding and packaging. Together they focus on their vision and the future of the company. "Cocoon" is the concept: to produce the finest soft and natural clothing range with the emphasis on safety and practicality nurturing both mother and child.
 
Working with like-minded staff, agents and distributors means that the Nurtured concept is passed on to everyone who buys and is associated with the product from store owners to the final customer.
