We are proud of the Nurtured by Nature collection and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Contracted manufacturers not owned by us make the goods we supply. However we do at all times try to ensure all goods leaving the point of manufacture go through a stringent quality control process as they a triple checked before being dispatched they should be in perfect condition. We cannot be responsible for damage during transit therefore if you receive damaged goods you must first contact the carrier. Subsequently contact NBN Limited by email.
Making the Return
We take pride in the beautiful quality of our garments and if for any reason that you are not satisfied or have any concerns, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt of garment. If we deem there is a fault with the garment we will issue you with a replacement garment or credit if is out of stock. All other returns (not faulty) are at the discretion of Nurtured by Nature and a refund or credit may be given less any shipping costs. Please make your selection carefully.
In the rare instance that a product is faulty, Nurtured by Nature will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling. If a fault occurs after the 7 days and is not normal wear and tear (a manufacturing fault), please contact us immediately and let us know the problem, we will gladly work with you to solve the problem and we will organize a replacement (or credit if it is out of stock).

Reason for return
You will then be given a return authorisation number to be written on the outside of the returned package.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that is not a manufacturing fault.
It is recommended that you insure and track and trace your return package as Nurtured by Nature cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post.
Please note that the following things are not acceptable as returns:
- Pilling (natural result of using natural merino wool that has not been enzyme washed in acid baths)
- Pulls in the knit (these can be caused by all sorts of things – eg rings, pegs etc)
For all returns, except in the case of faulty items, you are required to arrange and pay for the returning of the item(s) to us. We can arrange for the products to be collected from you, but this will be charged to you, and subtracted from any refund. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the cost of postage, when the item returned is faulty.
To return products please DO NOT fill in the reverse of any documentation you have received, instead please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a returns form will be emailed to you, along with the address the return should be made to. You should indicate on the form, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. You should then place the products into the delivery packaging ensuring the completed returns form is enclosed, and return to the address you will have been given.
